I’m a researcher and designer with a background in mapmaking and geography.

I practice data analysis, GIS, report writing, map and visualization design, and web development. I’m interested in building frameworks for sharing ideas and information about community geographies.

I have taught seminars on urban and environmental sociology at Queens College, CUNY with emphasis on fieldwork, research methods, and writing skills. My academic and visual work is also carried out alongside social practice in cooking, craft making, and community building. I am an elected member of the Park Slope Food Coop’s Second Location Commitee and sit on the board of directors of the Stanton E. and M. Elaine Tefft Foundation.

I hold a Bachelor of the Arts in Geography and German from Middlebury College (cum laude). In my current role at SITU Research, I conduct research, generate visualizations, and perform web development for Spatial Practice as Evidence and Advocacy (SPEA) projects.
